Your guided tasting will include:
Junmai – The purest expression of rice, water, and koji; rich and umami-driven.
Ginjo – Elegant and aromatic, showcasing refined brewing and polished rice.
Daiginjo – Delicate, floral, and luxurious—Japan’s highest-grade sake style.
