Daniel is a certified wine and spirits educator in Bermuda. He is certified in AWS First Pour, AWS Level 1 in Wines, and AWS Level 2 in Wines. With a passion for hospitality and beverage education, Daniel enjoys connecting with others and sharing his knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and service. His hands-on experience in the hospitality industry brings a practical, approachable perspective to the classroom and allows him to connect what students are learning to real-world experiences. When he’s not teaching, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, drinking great coffee, and slinging cocktails! As an educator with the Academy of Wine & Spirits, he is passionate about creating an engaging learning environment where students can expand their knowledge, build confidence, and develop skills they can carry throughout their hospitality careers.
