Victor Fajer is a Sommelier and educator recognized for his knowledge and experience in the beverage industry.

He has conducted courses across Latin America and is a certified WSET Educator in beer, wine, and spirits.

Victor has served as a judge in some of the world’s most important beverage competitions, including the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles (Spirits), the U.S. National Homebrew Competition (Beer) and The Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition GLINTCAP (Cider).

His expertise in spirits includes the WSET Level 3 Award in Spirits, the “Maestro Tequilero” distinction awarded by the Mexican Academy of Tequila Tasters, and the “Master Mezcalier” certification.

In beer, he is a BJCP-certified judge, a Certified Cicerone®, and holds the WSET Level 2 Award.

He is also a certified Sommelier by The Court of Master Sommeliers and currently pursuing the WSET Diploma

Beyond education, Victor Fajer leads Catar.Sis, a venture dedicated to curating tasting experiences and corporate beverage events throughout Mexico.
