Fusion Mixology is the bartending and cocktail education division of the Academy of Wine & Spirits. It delivers dynamic, skill-based training in cocktail preparation, bar management, and professional service—fully accredited and internationally recognized for its standards of excellence.

Yes. All of our courses are internationally certified through globally respected accrediting bodies—including the WSET, Sake Sommelier Association, CPD Certification Service, Capstone California, and others. Fusion Mixologyis also officially certified and meets rigorous industry standards for global hospitality training.

Our courses are offered across the Caribbean and the Americas, including locations such as Grand Cayman, Turks & Caicos, & The Bahamas and many more, with select programs available online.

Yes. Tasting is central to our training philosophy. Most programs include guided tasting of wines, spirits, or cocktails to sharpen your sensory evaluation skills.

Assessment & Certification
