Your mixology skills will be put to the test through a multi-component final evaluation:
50-question written exam – covering theory, technique, and cocktail structure
Practical cocktail demonstration – showcasing preparation and presentation of classic and custom drinks
Free-pour accuracy test – demonstrating consistency and control without measurement tools
Stress simulation – testing your ability to work under pressure, manage time, and maintain service standards
Resits are permitted for candidates who do not pass on the first attempt. Detailed feedback is provided to support your success.
Upon successful completion of the course and final assessment, you’ll receive a Mixology 101 Certificate issued by the Mixology Ambassador Association. This industry-recognized qualification enhances your:
