Shalico Christian has over 20 years experience in hospitality services in the Cayman Islands and in Canada. He has hosted several classes on teaching hospitality courses to new people in the industry or recurrent training to older employees, which need a little motivation. Combined with his knowledge of wine and wine service, Shalico adds to the school his years of experience. A winner of the Rising Star award in 2008 of the Cayman Islands Tourism Association award, Shalico has promoted the art of hospitality in every environment.
